Founding & Managing Partner
Robert founded the firm following a decade in the corporate department of a Magic Circle firm. He leads the Corporate & M&A practice and holds the firm's principal client relationships personally.
Joanna Pincer
Senior Partner
Joanna is a commercial litigator with a formidable track record in the High Court and in LCIA arbitration. She read law at Oriel College, Oxford, and is known for her focused, unflinching approach to complex disputes.
James Lobstern
Partner
James advises on the financing and development of complex commercial real estate. His practice is noted for its particular depth in the central London market, where he is regarded for his exacting and commercially astute counsel.
